DRYVEX 5200 Convection Heat Drying System. This giant trailer unit can remove over 400 gallons of water per day! Dry up to 19,500 square feet of space ( 8'ceilings ) in approximately three days ( class two water damage ). The DRYVEX 5200 is a completely self-contained drying system with it's own power generator. It uses an open drying system to dry structures and contents in any weather condition. Features: A 380,000 BTU/hr stainless steel heat exchanger which delivers 3% to 15% relative humidity fresh air into the structure. This thirsty air with potentially over 500 gpp of thrist, drinks up the moisture in the stucture and is vacuumed outside with the built in 4100 CFM moisture purging system. The thermostatically controlled pressuring supply side delivers 5200 CFM to balance the drying system. The sheer volume of fresh conditioned air along with huge grain depression makes for outstandingly fast and through drying, out performing both Refrigerant and Desiccant units of similar size. The extra heavy duty trailer includes three large storage compartments, six generator supported air movers, 4x20"x25' insulated ducts, 4x20"x25' yellow return ducts, 2 each 20"x20"x20" duct splitters, crane lifting point, system running strobe light, 7000 KW liquid cooled diesel generator, 125 gallon fuel tank, dimensions 222"x93"x92", 5540 lbs dry, 6330 lbs with fuel. SIAL IS40 Infrared Radiant Heater. Send heat to where you need it. This heater uses infrared technology to heat specific areas without dispersing heat through out the area therefore it is very economical and efficient. Infrared heat is not effected by air flow as other heating systems are, so it can be used inside or outdoors for defrosting or for drying materials. The combustion is clean thanks to the incandescent grid which catalyzes the exhaust thus eliminating harmful gas emissions. Because it does not create air disturbance it is ideal for heating or drying where it is important not to create dust. 130,600 BTU/HR output, built - in diesel fuel tank, easy to transport and use.
