The rug rack is galvanized steel grid once your rug is laying upside down on the rug rack, the fibers are able to hang freely away from the floor. As you use the rug badger, all the bugs, dirt, sand and grit are shaken loose from the rug and fall easily on the floor, away from your rug. The rug rack also helps grip the rug to keep it from sliding around as you use the rug badger.
